AI Video Production: A Product Ad Workflow from Brief to Delivery

AdverForge ·

AI video production is a sequence of decisions: define the product, write a shot brief, generate footage, review it and finish the edit. AdverForge applies this workflow to ecommerce product videos, using Seedance for footage rather than asking a model to invent an entire finished campaign at once.

Pre-production: decide what the viewer should learn

Choose one reason to look at the product and the image that supports it. A close-up can demonstrate a visible texture; it cannot establish battery life or durability without evidence. Freeze the main reference, product name and intended aspect ratio before writing the camera move. This reduces avoidable changes during production.

Production: approve a small, executable shot

Keep the opening state, main action and ending state clear. A product reveal can start wide, move alongside the item and finish with a steady hold. Review the plan and displayed credit cost before generating. If a clip needs revision, identify whether the problem is the hook, evidence, reference image or one shot instead of repeating the same request blindly.

Post-production: check the deliverable

Review the silhouette, color, markings and any interaction with the product. Add approved captions, music and a brand ending to reviewed footage. Watch the final file with sound and muted, and check crop safety for your placement. AdverForge provides 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 workflow options; a generated clip still needs review before advertising use.
