Acceptable Use Policy
AdverForge is designed for lawful ecommerce advertising. These rules apply to product information, uploaded material, creative instructions and generated output.
Last updated: September 1, 20261. Sexual and exploitative content
Do not create, request, upload or distribute pornography, NSFW material, explicit nudity, sexually suggestive content, sexual services, fetish content, or any sexualised depiction of a minor or a person who may be a minor.
2. Identity manipulation
Do not use AdverForge for face swaps, Deepfakes, non-consensual likeness use, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements or content that falsely suggests a real person or organisation approved a product.
3. Harmful and illegal content
Do not create content that promotes self-harm, graphic violence, terrorism, hate, harassment, exploitation, illegal activity, regulated wrongdoing, malware, fraud, scams or evasion of law-enforcement or platform safeguards.
4. Products and advertising claims
Do not promote prohibited or unlawfully sold goods, counterfeit products, deceptive financial schemes, unlicensed medical claims or products you do not have the right to advertise. Product claims must be truthful, supportable and consistent with the supplied evidence.
5. Intellectual property and privacy
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights. Do not submit confidential information, biometric identifiers or personal data that you lack permission to process.
6. Platform integrity
Do not attempt to bypass moderation, generation safeguards, rate limits, account controls or payment restrictions. Do not use automated access that disrupts the service, resell unauthorised access, probe other accounts or interfere with service infrastructure.
7. Enforcement
AdverForge may automatically block inputs, require review, remove output, limit features or suspend accounts. Content-safety failures and unavailable moderation services fail closed before generation. Repeated or serious violations may be reported to Creem, relevant service providers or authorities where legally required.
8. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or ask whether a planned use is allowed at support@adverforge.com.
