Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AdverForge handles personal information when you use our website, account system and product video workflow.

We collect account information such as your email address and authentication records; product and campaign information such as product URLs, product facts, uploaded images, creative choices and feedback; generated media and production status; customer-support communications; and technical information such as IP address, browser data, security events and service logs.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, import and organise product material, create and store requested advertising assets, maintain account and workspace history, prevent abuse, provide support, process subscriptions, comply with law and improve reliability.
3. AI and infrastructure providers
To provide the service, relevant product text, creative instructions and approved media may be processed by Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Volcengine Ark for Seedream or Seedance media generation, and OpenRouter for text or visual understanding and safety review. When paid plans and Creem-required prompt moderation are activated, relevant prompt text and purchase information will also be processed by Creem. AdverForge is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.
4. Payments
Paid checkout is not yet active. When it launches, Creem will act as merchant of record and process payment details, tax information, receipts, refunds and subscription records under its own privacy terms. AdverForge will not store full payment-card numbers.
5. Legal bases and sharing
Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and act on consent where required. We share information only with service providers needed to operate AdverForge, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor in a legitimate business transaction. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Retention and security
We keep account, campaign and production information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. We use access controls, encryption in transit and service-level safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also close your account and request deletion of eligible campaign data. We may retain information that law or security obligations require us to keep.
8. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children
AdverForge is not directed to children, and users must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
