Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AdverForge and the creation, storage and purchase of ecommerce advertising assets through the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, account security and all activity under your account.
2. The service
AdverForge provides a browser-based workflow for importing product information, reviewing product material, selecting creative directions and producing AI-assisted advertising assets. Features, supported formats and production limits may change as we improve the service.
3. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to use it. You grant AdverForge and its service providers a limited licence to host, process, transform and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or using it in advertising.
4. AI output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or visually inconsistent. AdverForge does not guarantee that output is unique, error-free, legally protectable or suitable for a specific advertising platform. You must verify product claims, intellectual-property rights, disclosures and regulatory requirements before use.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not generate or distribute NSFW, pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content; content sexualising minors; face-swap, Deepfake or deceptive impersonation content; illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, fraudulent or infringing content; or content designed to bypass safety controls.
6. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. The plan price, included credits and usage rules are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Creem is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts and payment-related refunds. Included credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless the checkout terms expressly say otherwise. Product credits are service entitlements and have no cash value.
7. Cancellation and refunds
After paid plans launch, customers may cancel through the Creem Customer Portal provided with their purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and may also be subject to Creem procedures and mandatory consumer law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may block a generation request, suspend access or terminate an account when necessary to protect users, payment infrastructure, third parties or the service, including for policy violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risks or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Intellectual property
AdverForge, its software, interface, documentation and branding are owned by AdverForge or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service except where applicable law does not allow such restrictions.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AdverForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or advertising-platform decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
